- Fixed bug with Good URLs (once bad) not being removed from the Rejected URL list.
- Fixed bug where in some instances, Temporary Ban string was not being output with Client and Version.
- Found an instance where a cache would return no cache identifier on a PONG request, these caches have been rejected.
- Cache will skip adding itself into the URL list.
